The SANSARA development is a ten-story contemporary designed mixed-use development consisting of luxury condominium residences ranging from just over 2,000 – 6200 sf that sit on top of ground floor commercial space.

SANSARA is centrally located in the Burns Court District, one of Sarasota’s most exclusive and historic downtown neighborhoods.

The philosophy behind the architecture was focused on utilizing Zen-inspired elements such as fire, water, natural stone, woods and natural plant species.  These elements were centered around creating a peaceful refuge within the vibrant city life that provides for a sense of tranquility, harmony and balance.
